Uniondale All-Stars Little League Baseball Mission Statement

The mission of the Uniondale All-Stars Little League Baseball Team is to teach the integrity of the game of baseball to develop the character of the players, coaches, and all others associated with the Uniondale All-Stars program, and to improve the skills necessary to become a better baseball player. The Uniondale All-Stars want to provide the best learning atmosphere, the best competition, and a fun atmosphere to play and watch competitive baseball for families and friends of the Uniondale All-Stars.

The Uniondale All-Stars organization welcomes players and parents who are committed to improving their skills, playing competitively and supporting the All-Stars mission. It is a program for players to improve their skills through instruction and by playing against competitive teams through participation internally as well as in District 31.

Through the support of parents, players, volunteers and community the Uniondale All Stars team will work to improve in citizenship, baseball skill, and always strive to play and live with character.

In addition to baseball, citizenship, and character it is of the utmost importance that members of this team are committed to their academics. Our team is expected to complete homework assignments daily, be prepared for school each day, and to first be an excellent student.
